Contact us
  • Do you serve Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect?

Yes. Both are a short drive from our Northbrook shop and we have painted commercial buildings in Arlington Heights, including an office exterior and a gymnasium.

  • Can you paint industrial buildings and hangars?

Yes. We have painted an aircraft hangar at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling and handle block, metal-panel, and steel surfaces with coatings made for them, plus epoxy floors and safety striping.

  • Can you work without closing our business?

Yes. Retail, restaurant, salon, and office work is done nights and weekends, and larger buildings are phased so no space is out of service for long.

  • Do you respond to public bids in the Northwest suburbs?

Yes. We respond with a scope, certificates of insurance, bonding on request, and a W-9, and provide certified payroll for prevailing-wage work.

  • Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes. We write scopes a board can vote on, send additional-insured certificates, phase the work by building or floor, and give managers resident notices for each phase.

  • How do you quote commercial work?

Pete walks the property himself, measures, and writes a scope by area and surface. You get a firm written quote for that scope. Call (847) 564-4880 or request a site visit online.
