What a Typical Year Covers
- Fall: caulk before the freeze, maintenance coats on sun-facing doors, decks and gutters, and moving the painting inside.
- Winter: interior season. Color under lamp light, trim and cabinets, and booking spring exterior work before the calendar fills.
- Spring: the walk-around. Wash, inspect, touch up, recaulk, and what the winter did to the south and west walls.
- Summer: decks, fences, and stain; exterior painting in the weather window; keeping new paint clean.
