Exterior Care Plan

Pete the Painter crew member on an extension ladder painting the upper siding of a lakeside home

One scheduled visit every spring: wash, inspection, touch-ups, recaulking, and a photo report, with your workmanship guarantee kept active for as long as you are on the plan. Pay by check or invoice. No card on file.

We are repeat customers of this business. Pete has previously done our entire home and this time we needed some specific rooms re-refurbished. The work is absolutely beautiful. Rosanne B., Google review

Contact us
  • Do I have to pay online?

No. Enrolling sends Pete a request. He confirms your plan and sends a QuickBooks invoice for the first year, which you can pay by check or through the invoice. Multi-year terms are billed once a year the same way.

  • When does the visit happen?

Late March through April, before the painting season fills, with September as the backup. You get a reminder in late winter and a confirmed date; plan customers are scheduled first.

  • What if the touch-ups take longer than two hours?

We finish the two hours, photograph the rest, and send a written quote. Nothing beyond the visit is done without your approval.

  • What if I sell the house?

The remaining term transfers to the new owner, which is a nice thing to hand over at closing. Tell us and we update the contact.

  • Can I enroll a house you did not paint?

Yes, after a paid first-year inspection visit. Pete will tell you honestly whether the existing paint is worth maintaining or whether a repaint should come first. The guarantee applies to work we have done.

  • How do I cancel or change my plan?

Email or call before your renewal date. Multi-year terms run to the end of the term you chose; there are no cancellation fees for not renewing.
